Our Work: NHS Clinical Leaders Network

Whether it’s a new look, new thinking, or even a new way of doing things, whatever your organisations priorities are for 2024, we can help.

And we’re proud to share with you a real example of how we’ve supported one of our NHS clients to do all three of these things recently.

It was back in Spring 2023 that the NHS Clinical Leaders Network (CLN), a not-for-profit network dedicated to empowering and connecting health and care professionals nationwide, told us that they were looking for a partner to help them re-frame their purpose and offer to their network and the wider health and care community.

“We brought Grey Fox in to help us increase awareness of our organisation, develop our strategy and plan for communicating to our stakeholders,” says National Operations Director, Suzy Ning.

We were thrilled to partner with an organisation with whom we share many of the same ambitions and values – around transforming how our NHS and care sector work together to deliver innovative – and sustainable – solutions for the big issues facing our collective health and wellbeing.

 Our brief was to:

 -       Create a new co-produced communications strategy incorporating new messaging

-       Lead a re-fresh of the CLN brand identity (to inform the redevelopment of their website)

-       Create a range of inspiring multi-media content

-       Provide continuing support in creating a long-term calendar of thought-leadership content from key thinkers within the network

What we delivered:

Over two sessions, we facilitated a workshop with the core team and held in-depth discussions with board members and senior clinicians. We helped the CLN to develop both a focused and strategic approach to conversing with members, and ways to raise their profile in the wider health and social care sector.

This new approach then went on to inform the basis of a new brand identity, a refresh of their website as well as a range of compelling content that included:

“Now is the time” - The voice of clinical leadership must be heard.

Here’s how and why.

Suzy adds, “The comms and engagement strategy workshops were insightful, thought provoking and really helped us shift our focus on to what we are really about.

The comms materials produced by the Grey Fox team have been outstanding – from web design to rebranding, from blogs through to engagement videos.”

It’s been – and continues to be – fantastic to work with the CLN.
