MCS needed to help installers understand its certification process through clear, accessible learning content. The challenge was to turn complex information into a structured experience that users could navigate and engage with at their own pace.

We worked with MCS to scope the content and develop the site structure, organising the material into three interactive learning modules.

We brought together clear explanatory content and embedded video, with quizzes at the end of each module to help users check their understanding. Our team combined communications, creative direction, digital development and video production to create a coherent learning experience.
